Handstands are an excellent way to complement climbing movement. Climbers need some kind of push to balance out the volume of pull in their training. Practicing handstands is a fun and engaging skill-based approach to improving your mobility, addressing imbalances, and preventing injuries. Are you hesitant to start? Don’t know where to begin? Let us help you with the hardest part (starting!).
Join Shelby and Patrick on Monday April 6th for a 75-minute workshop where we get you upside down and equip you with skills and drills to kickstart or continue your practice solo at home OR, better yet, dive in with a group once per week for a 6-week series April 13-May 18.
Unsure if you want to do the full series? No problem! Sign-up for the workshop and pay nothing until after your first class. At that time, you can decide if one was enough or if you're ready to lock in on those handstands for another 6 weeks!
This workshop and series are for anyone who is interested in learning more about handstands. Signing up for the series is optional, but not necessary to participate in the workshop.
It is recommended (but not required) that you have some handstand experience and no current shoulder or wrist injuries to participate.
