This is a 5 week series for kids ages 6-9. The class will meet in the yard of coach Shelby. Kids will play games, learn ninja and parkour skills, cultivate teamwork, and get strong in this spring series!

Do you want to learn basic parkour skills, build strength, and move in a playful and fun way? Drop into any class in this series where we will be getting strong and moving in challenging and novel ways. This class is held in the coach's yard, but we may hold class at remote locations occasionally to practice our parkour skills. This class is for women/non binary/femme folks. Parkour, MovNat and ninja tend to be male-dominated practices, and so this is a space that centers femme folks.

June 11: class shifts to 4:30 in backyard

June 18: 5:30 meet at self defense class at Team Curran

June 25: 5:30 outdoor parkour training at Kennedy Elementary

July 2: 4:30 in backyard

July 9: 4:30 in backyard

July 16: no class, traveling

July 23: no class, traveling

July 30: 5:30 class in backyard

Aug 6: NO CLASS

Aug 13: 5:30 class at Kennedy Elementary. This will be our last class of the series!

Enjoy relaxing in a wood fired sauna right by the lake! Jump in the lake and warm up in the cozy sauna tent. Snacks will be provided!

Join us for the last Adult Recess of the year! Play playground games, learn new schools, laugh, surprise yourself!

Location for November: Conrad E. Elvehjem Elementary School on the Boundless Playground structure in the back of the building

Play games, learn skills, be challenged and laugh like you haven’t in a long time. All events will be outdoors on different playgrounds throughout Madison.

Play games, learn skills, be challenged and laugh like you haven’t in a long time. All events will be outdoors on different playgrounds throughout Madison.

This series is for kids age 5-9 who are interested in getting started in the sport of ninja and parkour. This is a perfect series for kids who love climbing, hanging, swinging, jumping, crawling and playing games!

Cost of series per student: $100. Second sibling is $75 (use code SIBLING) at the second child’s checkout.

The class will meet in the garage and yard of the instructor, Shelby Copeland on the east side of Madison. Class will meet outdoors or in the garage rain or shine! We will focus on personal safety and risk assessment, teamwork, and strength through play in this 5 week series.
