9:30-9:45am: Arrive, welcome, and get settled.
10am: 💃🏻 Joyful movement (Zumba®) - energizing, mood-boosting rhythms to shake off stress
10:45am: 💃🏻 Adult Recess - a light-hearted yet challenging movement experience for the young at heart where you'll explore creative movement together, play games, and practice movement skills. With Shelby Copeland, Force of Nature Movement
11:30am: 🌬️ Stretching, Breathwork& Interoception - slow down, relax, andstrengthen the mind-body connection as you're guided through gentle stretches, breathing techniques and internal awareness exercises
12:15pm:Acupuncture & Meditation, with Kathyrn Coppola of Wild Blossom Acupuncture
12:45pm 🍎 ✍️ Lunch/Journal Prompt/Sharing circle- bring your own light lunch, a journal and something to write with; for those who feel called, we'll offer a chance to share your thoughts and reflections
1:30pm: 🫁 Superventilation(Wim-Hof style) Breathwork - a dynamic style of breathwork offering clarity and bliss (not suitable for those with epilepsy)
2pm: 🎶 Restorative sound healing - a soothing, integrative close to the experience, led by Kristi Goldade, LCSW
Facilitated by a Physician Assistant with expertise in neuroscience, integrative medicine, and mind–body health, and in collaboration with allied health professionals, these events blends science, somatic tools, and community connection to help you reset from the inside out.
